Ridgeway started as a single shelf of nails and a key-cutting machine behind the counter. It's grown into six aisles, two thousand products and one reputation: if you live in Millbrook, you know where the answers live.
The big-box stores can beat us on square metres. They can't beat us on the man at the counter who knows which screw goes in which hole, or on the policy that we'd rather sell you a 50 cent part than a ten dollar one.
Sell small
Need one switch, one hinge, one screw? You buy one. Nobody should buy a whole box for a single fix.
Tell the truth
If it's a 2-rupee washer, we say so. If it's a new unit, we say that too. No upsell, no shame.
Teach the job
We'd rather show you how to fix it than sell you the thing you'll call us about again next week.
